Bio:
Bethany Jordan Folk has traveled much of the United States and now calls Nashville home. Bethany is a graduate of Idyllwild Arts Academy where she studied music theory in addition to jazz and classical violin. Following graduation, she continued her studies with Rong-Yan Tang of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and earned her Bachelor of Music in Violin from Lawrence Conservatory of Music under Wen-Lei Gu and Samantha George. Bethany has recorded and performed with bands in Nashville and Los Angeles. In 2025, she recorded for a short film that won best score in 54 Film Fest. Bethany enjoys playing a wide variety of genres including folk, rock, jazz, and classical. Some of her favorite classical composers include Ravel, Debussy, and Stravinsky.
