"Babes & Buds" Music Class

Babes & Buds is an infant, toddler & preschool music class where children ages 0-5 and their grownups can make music AND make friends! 

Babes & Buds strives to be a gender-inclusive approach to the traditional Mommy & Me group music class. Inspired by First Steps In Music early childhood music curriculum, we’ll sing and move to traditional folk melodies and classic children’s songs. Led by Grace Waugh (Music Together-certified instructor) and Ariel Bui (Melodia Studio owner & educator), we hope to learn about participants’ unique intersectional backgrounds and explore the music of our grownups’ childhoods and cultures, too! 

Babes & Buds is an 8-week musical journey that will take place at Ms. Ariel’s Nashville home studio on Wednesdays, 10:45-11:30am, March 1st to April 26th (with no class Spring Break 3/15). Space is limited to six children (plus adults).
